We believe that our English Language Copy Editing and Proofreading Rates and Services are very competitively priced.
Our Fees are based on the 'Total Number of Words' in your manuscript / document / text, together with a consideration for the 'Level of Difficulty' when conducting the copy editing and the proofreading your manuscript / document / text.

There is a total minimum charge of USD $20.00 (Twenty Dollars).

COPY EDITING & PROOFREADING
"LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY" RATES
Advanced Copy Editing & Proofreading is charged from USD $0.013 (1.3 cents) up to USD $0.016 (1.6 cents) per word. These rates would be for an Advanced or Upper-Advanced or Proficient or Master User of the English language whereby the errors would be quite normal for a 'non-native', but would be of minimal quantity.
Basic to Moderate Copy Editing & Proofreading is charged from USD $0.017 (1.7 cents) up to USD $0.025 (2.5 cents) per word. These rates would be for an Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate or Post-Intermediate User of the English language whereby the errors would be very normal, but would be much more frequent. Most of our clients would fall somewhere into this category. They would have a very good grounding and understanding of the English language, but need help and assistance with their sentence structures, grammatical misunderstandings, word order, vocabulary use, adverbs, adjectives, together with plurals, singulars and verb tenses.
Extensive Heavy Copy Editing & Proofreading is charged from USD $0.026 (2.6 cents) up to USD $0.050 (5.0 cents) per word. These rates would be for a Beginner or Elementary User of the English language whereby the errors would be many and much of the text would need to be replaced or reworked.
On review of your manuscript / document / text, English Proofreading will advise you of the rate per word.
You will have the opportunity to accept or decline our fees before making any commitment.
There is no obligation in asking English Proofreading for a quotation.

Copy Editing & Proofreading: 3,000 Words at USD $0.015 (1.5 cents) per word = USD $45.00 (Forty Five Dollars)
For Example Only:
Copy Editing & Proofreading: 3,000 Words at USD $0.017 (1.7 cents) per word = USD $51.00 (Fifty One Dollars)
For Example Only:
Copy Editing & Proofreading: 3,000 Words at USD $0.019 (1.9 cents) per word = USD $57.00 (Fifty Seven Dollars)

English Proofreading will notify you of the specific costs involved with your own particular manuscript / document / text.
You may accept the costs that are quoted, or decline them. There is no obligation on your part.

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
(Do not worry, it is very easy!)
There are only 3 simple steps: -
1) Send your manuscript / document / text to English Proofreading by email for a Quotation.
2) English Proofreading will review your content – 'Word Count' your text – advise you of the 'Level of Difficulty' rate – and send you a Formal Quotation.
3) If you wish to proceed with the copy editing and the proofreading, please advise us. English Proofreading will then issue a PayPal Money Request. Please pay for our service.
DELIVERY OF YOUR MANUSCRIPT
Upon your instruction to: -
a) proceed with the copy editing and the proofreading
b) upon the receipt of your payment
English Proofreading will normally return your Edited Amended Manuscript within 24-hours of a working week, Monday – Friday (please see below).
English Proofreading will keep you advised throughout the copy editing and the proofreading regarding the specific date of delivery of your Amended Manuscript.

Fees payable can be processed quickly and securely by using all major credit cards and debit cards accepted by PayPal

THE ENGLISH PROOFREADING & COPY EDITING SERVICE
The English Proofreading & Copy Editing Service Includes: -

SPECIAL EXPRESS SERVICE
A Special Express Service (SES) is available for those who require their manuscript / document / text delivered as a matter of urgency. Please notify us clearly upon your submission of the work. This Special Express Service (SES) is charged at an additional USD $10.00 per 500 words (pro-rata) with a Minimum Charge of USD $30.00 (Thirty Dollars). Any Special Express Service (SES) is limited to 3,000 words of text.
CANCELLATIONS OR DISPUTES
Any cancellations of whatsoever nature regarding the copyediting and/or the proofreading works, with a quotation having been previously agreed by the client and with a notification by him or her having been issued in order to proceed with the works, shall be subject to an English Proofreading administration charge of USD $50.00 (Fifty Dollars) in order to take care of the client's initial administration and preparatory works. Any disputes of whatsoever nature should be addressed to English Proofreading by contacting the English Proofreading - Legal Department.
